Sai is the founder, chairman and CEO. He is a globally recognized risk and cybersecurity expert and the author of the best-selling book, “Next Level Cybersecurity” and a frequent keynote speaker at industry conferences. Sai was previously the founder and CEO of Compliance Coach, an innovative compliance risk management software as a service (SaaS) company, which was acquired by FIS, a Fortune 500 company and the largest FinTech company in the world. At FIS, Sai served as the GM of Risk, Information Security and Compliance and led the business to attain over $100 million revenues and number 1 ranking in RiskTech100. Sai has led training programs for federal and state examiners covering Privacy, Information Security, GLBA, FTC Safeguards Rule, and Consumer Protection. He also led the inaugural training program for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) examiners. Sai serves as an advisory board member for the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCOE) and the CIO Strategy Council.

Dr. Marv Langston, Director

Dr. Marv Langston is the former Deputy CIO at the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Director of the Information Systems Office at DARPA. DARPA is an agency of the DoD responsible for the development of advanced and emerging technologies for use by the U.S. Military. Furthermore, Dr. Langston is a former CIO of the U.S. Navy. In that capacity, Dr. Langston served as the Navy’s Senior Most Cybersecurity Official.

Kay Nichols, Director

Kay Nichols is a board member at OnPay Solutions, a cloud-based company specializing in automated B2B payments. Prior to OnPay, Kay was the Executive Vice President for Global Financial Institutions, Mobile, eBanking, Risk, Fraud, and Compliance at FIS, a Fortune 500 company and the largest FinTech company in the world. Kay is also a former senior executive at IBM, serving as Director of Banking Solutions.

Gary Evans, Director

Gary Evans is the founder & CEO of Paymency, a FinTech company that utilizes a banking as a service (BaaS) platform to provide consumers and merchants with an innovative way to pay and manage their finances. Prior to Paymency, Gary was founder and CEO, Bank of Internet, one of the first internet-only banks in the world (now renamed Axos Bank). Gary led Bank of Internet to a successful IPO on NASDAQ.

Pierre Soulard, Director

Pierre Soulard is a partner at Miller Thomson, a leading Canadian law firm. Pierre’s practice focuses on securities law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Pierre has advised numerous companies with public offerings in the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange, private placements, mergers and acquisition, and corporate governance. He is fluent in two languages (English and French) and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Quebec Bar, and Law Society of Ontario.

Paul Dadwal, Director

Paul is a successful entrepreneur and founder of several technology businesses. Previously, Paul was in law enforcement, serving as Superintendent with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The RCMP is Canada’s federal and national police. At RCMP, Paul served with distinction over nineteen years and led several high-profile law enforcement investigations. He has led the RCMP’s Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit in British Columbia and has received numerous awards such as the International Association of Chiefs of Police 40 under 40 Award over his distinguished career at RCMP.

Jim Skeen, Jr., Director

Jim is an insurance and risk management expert and a Partner with Lockton Companies, the largest privately-held insurance brokerage company in the world. He is the founding CEO of Lockton, San Diego.  Jim has been at Lockton for over nineteen years. Previously, Jim was SVP and Practice Leader with Marsh, the largest insurance brokerage company in the world. Jim serves as Private Sector Engagement Partner and has teamed with the FBI to initiate ongoing Executive Briefing Series on cyber threats to educate the C-Suite in critical sectors. Jim is also a founding board member of the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCOE), a non-profit dedicated to addressing cybersecurity workforce development.
