Sai Huda, CEO

Sai is the founder, chairman and CEO. He is a globally recognized risk and cybersecurity expert and the author of the best-selling book, “Next Level Cybersecurity” and a frequent keynote speaker at industry conferences. Sai was previously the founder and CEO of Compliance Coach, an innovative compliance risk management software as a service (SaaS) company, which was acquired by FIS, a Fortune 500 company and the largest FinTech company in the world. At FIS, Sai served as the GM of Risk, Information Security and Compliance and led the business to attain over $100 million revenues and number 1 ranking in RiskTech100. Sai has led training programs for federal and state examiners covering Privacy, Information Security, GLBA, FTC Safeguards Rule, and Consumer Protection. He also led the inaugural training program for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) examiners. Sai serves as an advisory board member for the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCOE) and the CIO Strategy Council.

Andy Kim, VP, CISO

Andy Kim is a globally recognized Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and has been a business-focused cybersecurity expert for over 20 years. Most recently, Andy was the CISO for Allstate, a Fortune 500 company and one of the largest insurance companies globally. Prior to Allstate, Andy led cyber security teams across large organizations such as Citigroup (financial services sector), FIS (technology sector), and mid-size organizations. Andy holds multiple cybersecurity certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT and CDPSE, in addition to being a CMMC-AB approved RP.

Bryan Rho, VP, CTO

Bryan Rho is an industry recognized Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with 15 years of experience, serving as a compliance technology expert. Previously, Bryan led the compliance technology products for Risk, Information Security & Compliance at FIS, a Fortune 500 company and the largest FinTech company globally. Prior to FIS, Bryan was vice president, products, at Compliance Coach, an innovative compliance risk management software as a service (SaaS) company, which was acquired by FIS. Bryan is also a licensed attorney and a member of the California Bar Association.

Katherine Atmar, VP, CMO

Katherine Atmar is a branding, marketing, and communications expert with over 12 years of experience as a Marketing Executive. Katherine has served as Creative Director for multiple Fortune 500 companies in various sectors. While at Electronic Arts (EA), Katherine set branding and design standards across the company. Prior to EA, Katherine was an Art Director for WPP Agency, the world’s largest communications group. In this role, Katherine drove over $10M in new business opportunities by directing and developing creative strategies for potential clients in technology and other sectors.

Jeff Tindale, VP, Corporate Finance

Jeff Tindale has been in the private capital and advisory service industry for 20 years, primarily focusing on high-growth companies. In addition to being an industry-recognized corporate finance and investor relations expert, Jeff is experienced in corporate governance, finance, mergers, and acquisitions. Jeff currently sits on boards at several public and private companies.

Paul Dadwal, VP, Business Development

Paul is a successful entrepreneur and founder of several technology businesses. Previously, Paul was in law enforcement, serving as Superintendent with the Royal Canadian Mountain Police (RCMP). The RCMP is Canada’s federal and national police. At RCMP, Paul served with distinction over nineteen years and led several high-profile law enforcement investigations. He has led the RCMP’s Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit in British Columbia and has received numerous awards such as the International Association of Chiefs of Police 40 under 40 Award over his distinguished career at RCMP.
